Welcome! I am a Professor of Mathematics and Department Chair at SHSU. My research is in Probability Theory, Statistical Mechanics, and Machine Learning.
Research
My current research interest is Probability Theory and its relation to Neural Networks/Bayesian statistics.
Teaching
I am teaching MATH 1314 in the Spring of 2023 on TuTh 12:30-1:45.
Students and Postdocs
I am advising one PhD student from my former university, KAIST in South Korea.
